If your insurance company requires a doctor's note, please bring it with you to your appointment.
Note: Locals 1325, 2103, and 2010 are covered by ACAW Trust Funds, and direct billing is not available for these plans.
Can you direct bill if my insurance only covers part of the cost?
Yes! We can direct bill your insurer even if they cover only a portion of the treatment. You will simply pay the remaining balance at the end of your appointment.
What if my insurance company or union is not listed?
No worries! We’re continuously expanding our direct billing options. In the meantime, we’ll provide you with an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance company or union for reimbursement.
Do I need a physician’s referral?
You do not need a physician’s referral to receive massage therapy. However, some insurance companies may require one for claim submission. Please check with your insurer to confirm their policy.
Can you check how much coverage I have or what is included in my benefits?
We only submit claims on your behalf and do not have access to your insurance details. Please contact your insurer directly or log into your member portal to view your coverage and remaining benefits.
Note: If you have any questions or concerns about your insurance coverage, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly for the most accurate information.
