✅ You don't have an extended health coverage or health spending account for massage?
✅ You have maxed out your massage coverage or HCSA?
✅ You are self-employed?
We have 2 options for you!!!
Option 1: Student Massage
Our Student Massage program provides clients with an affordable way to enjoy professional massage therapy while supporting the education and clinical training of future Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs).
Treatments are performed by a Massage Therapy Student who has completed foundational classroom and practical training and is currently gaining hands-on clinical experience. Every treatment is conducted in a professional clinic setting under the supervision of a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Whether you're looking to relax, reduce muscle tension, or simply enjoy regular self-care without the higher cost of a registered massage, Student Massage offers excellent value.
What to Expect?
Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, treatment goals, and any areas of concern. Based on your needs, the student therapist will develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide a personalized massage.
As part of the learning process, an RMT supervisor may enter the treatment room at any time to observe, provide guidance, or assist the student therapist. This helps ensure high-quality care while supporting the student's education.

Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.
It originates from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, (translated as the ‘science of life’), whereby it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another. Through this theory, is is understood that Indian head massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical well-being, but it can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on addressing tension in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique uses slow, controlled strokes and deeper pressure to help release chronic patterns of tension and tightness within the body.
Although the treatment may focus on specific area(s) of concern, Deep Tissue Massage is still performed as a full-body massage, allowing the therapist to assess and address overall muscle balance and tension patterns.
Techniques may include slow strokes and sustained pressure applied along or across the muscle fibers, tendons, and fascia to help improve mobility, reduce muscular tightness, and support recovery from chronic tension.
